About the role

StaffSmart Outsourcing is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our dynamic Call Centre team in Quezon City. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals interested in customer service, with the chance to develop valuable skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and chat
  2. Handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests with patience and empathy
  3. Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  6. Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries effectively
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  5. A positive, friendly and patient attitude, with a genuine interest in helping people
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
