Variance Trading Corporation is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Brief Description:

Acts as liaison between the company and internal customers (Sales and Marketing Teams) and external customers (end-users) in relation to processing of sales orders and other requests from sales team, customers, and management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as admin assistant and/or customer care representative with strong data entry and customer service skills
  • BPO experience is NOT necessary
  • Must have an experience handling in SAP System
  • Well organized and quick thinker

Job Description:

  • Receiving and ensuring different sales and marketing requests are completely and accurately filled up a nd have corresponding approval
  • Coordinating with sales admins regarding pricing issues and other pending transactions as well as to warehouse pharmacist with regards to availability of stocks
  • Communicating with sales counterparts and customers in providing feedback on warehouse deliveries and customer service experience
  • Enhances customer service by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures in coordination with superiors
  • Prepares and submits weekly monitoring reports on Sales Orders, Product Demo, Customer PO/NOA to Customer Care Manager and Management
  • Records the sales order-related transactions in SAP
