Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues, and providing information about products and services. This position is based in Quezon City. Note that there are limited work-from-home opportunities available.
