Customer Service Representative

Work Locations: Eastwood / Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite | Schedule:

Shifting | Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₱16,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on account and experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves providing excellent service and support to clients across finance, accounting, and general customer service accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions based on client and account requirements.
  • Process, validate, and reconcile financial transactions (for Finance and Accounts Payable accounts).
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by meeting performance and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and service outcomes.
Qualifications:

  • For Finance and Accounting (FNA) Account – Eastwood:

  • College Graduate (Finance, Accounting, or Marketing preferred or with Accounting 101 or 102 course).

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • For Accounts Payable Account – Eastwood:

  • College Graduate with experience in Accounts Payable or related financial processes.

  • Knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliation is an advantage.

  • For BFS Account – Bridgetowne:

  • At least High School Graduate.

  • Minimum of 1-year BPO experience in a voice or non-voice account.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
