Job Purpose:
This position provides support in the Planning Department – MRO. The novitiate shall provide support on all operational (Base & Outstation/AOG) maintenance requirements to address the ad-hoc task such as paper works review, consolidate on-going and completed work cards, build-up corridor database template and canned squawk, daily labor availability and productivity and work package build-up for incoming checks. This role requires the highest standards of compliance and integrity in accordance with MRO and the Company's policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
· Support on aircraft project work package preparation such as printing task cards, CMP, CAMP cards and with (AMM) relevant references.
· Monitor daily maintenance status of each work order and report to customer and operator (CAMO) or any 3rd party clients.
· Create work order thru corridor system all tasks requested by customer and operator (CAMO) or any 3rd party clients.
· Support to monitor all work card completed and review the completeness each task per work order on daily basis.
· Support on completed task cards consolidation and tally actual numbers of closed/open task cards prior RTS.
· Support Invoice Analyst & Warranty Administrator to consolidate the completed work cards for claims. Make sure all actual labour booked, and materials used after based on pre-approved OEM claim.
· Support and assure to review and revised (if needed) the approved ASR's (Additional Service Request). Make it sure that all cost in corridor is up to date before billing.
· Create data base to include all GSE's and materials to canned squawk per aircraft type model.
· Responsible to scan all aircraft documents per work order / work packages.
· Forward completed work packages and tech log entry to customers and operators (CAMO) to ensure aircraft records are updated following maintenance event performed.
· To build the Corridor canned squawk database for aircraft projects for all aircraft models which MEC has the capability.
· To pre-load all materials/spares in corridors for upcoming projects during MSO preparation.
· Perform any other relevant duties in Planning Dept. as assigned by the manager.
Job Specifications:
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in any aviation technical course or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
· Years Experience in MRO business and/or private aviation within planning role/functions.
Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:
· Familiarity of ATA Chapter 5 TLMC and MPD.
· Familiarity of PART 145 Operation.
· Familiarity of Corridor System for MRO Operation.
· Familiarity of Maintenance Tracking System such as CAMP & CMP.
· Proficient to MS Office application such as Word, Excel and Projects.
