About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Manager to support the daily operations and strategic goals of our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for process improvement, and a desire to help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and workflow execution.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support overall operational goals.
  • Provide reports and updates to the Operations Manager and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Support, Training, and Workforce teams to optimize operations.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist in client communications and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to manage budget forecasts, cost control, and ensure alignment with operational expenses.

  • Reviews reports and data for accuracy.
  • Tracks KPIs and operational performance.
  • Pay attention to small details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

6. Administrative & Technical Skills

  • Comfortable with task management tools, CRMs, or project software.
  • Strong in reporting, documentation, and SOP enforcement.
  • Intermediate Google Sheets knowledge for tracking and analysis.

7. Professionalism & Reliability

  • Handles confidential information responsibly.
  • Consistently meets deadlines and commitments.
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership of tasks.
