About the role

As an HR Officer at global elite developers inc', you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's human capital management. This full-time position is based in the vibrant Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga, where you will contribute to the company's HR processes and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the recruitment and selection of top talent to join the global elite developers inc' team
  2. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
  4. Process payroll, benefits, and leave requests in a timely and efficient manner
  5. Collaborate with managers to address employee-related concerns and provide HR advisory services
  6. Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  7. Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives
  8. Assist in the coordination of training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
