What you'll be doing
- Providing a wide range of administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense processing
- Handling general office duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies and managing filing systems
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required
- Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to drive efficiency
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
