Job Description

· Responsible in the branch recruitment end-to-end process and ensures the branch's manpower requirements fulfillment.

· Responsible in efficient conduct of orientation and induction of new hires of the branch.

· Responsible in maintaining the company's mandated confidential records and non-biasness to all employed in the branch.

· Responsible in the monitoring of the employees under the probationary period.

· Responsible in the end-to-end process of employees promoted to regular employment status.

· Responsible in efficient timekeeping monitoring and for payroll reporting of the branch.

· Responsible in monitoring and fulfillment of the branch employee's compensation and benefits' payments, claims and inquiries.

· Responsible the efficient facilitation of the biannual Performance Management System Employee Evaluation/Appraisal.

· Responsible in conducting efficient facilitation of the Employee Discipline and Relations.

· Responsible in efficient handling of Labor Relations.

· Responsible of completion and updating of the branch quality assurance process and documentations.

· Responsible in conducting of the enrollment and disablement of new hires and separating employees in the company's Human Resource Information System.

· Responsible in the efficient maintenance of the branch 201 Files of the employees.

· Responsible in the efficient facilitation of exiting employee employment clearance and exit interviews

· Responsible in maintenance and facilitation of all human resource documents and manual.

· Responsible in participation and submission of manpower reviews of the branch.

· Responsible in monitoring any untoward behavior

· Reporting of the promodisers and security personnel.

· Responsible of collaboration, attendance and participation to and/or with human resource processes of other branches and warehouse.

· Willing to work, commute or Relocate in San Pablo Laguna/Alaminos Laguna

Job Type: Full-time
