The HR Officer – Employee Relations is responsible for promoting positive employee relations and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to organizational policies, procedures, and employment laws. This role provides guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across the organization.
  • Investigate employee complaints and grievances, documenting findings and recommending appropriate action.
  • Support the disciplinary process, including drafting letters, scheduling hearings, and ensuring fair treatment throughout.
  • Monitor workplace culture and employee morale, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Participate in the development and review of HR policies, ensuring alignment with labor legislation and best practices.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases.
  • Provide training or coaching to managers on effective performance management and employee relations best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and legal counsel as necessary to mitigate risk and support organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
