Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Officer to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, and supporting employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel across the Philippines as needed to support recruitment and engagement activities in operational territories.

Recruitment (End-to-End)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (online platforms, job fairs, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, administer assessments, and facilitate final selection with hiring teams.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Prepare job offers, NDAs, and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
  • Conduct pre-employment background check and medical exam
  • Update, maintain ATS, and ensure a healthy talent pipeline

Onboarding

  • Organize and facilitate onboarding orientation for new hires.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all tools, resources, and access are provided to new employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate new hire integration and experience during their first few months.

Offboarding

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and ensure proper clearance processes are followed.
  • Analyze exit data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate the return of company assets and necessary documentation.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs and activities (e.g., team building, wellness programs, recognition initiatives).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and organizational culture.
  • Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to help develop engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or generalist HR roles.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement program execution.
  • Must have an engaging and lively personality
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS an advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel across the Philippines as required to support HR operations in operational territories.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in a multi-site or regional HR role is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is a must.
  • Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop is desirable.
