Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, document preparation, provide customer service and data entry.
  • Maintain and organize operational records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare, distribute reports and other operational documents as needed.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, liaising with the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate and process invoices/ receipts for clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, or finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
