Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Fieldwork and client meetings required)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy, skilled in business development, and capable of driving project sales from lead generation to project turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients for rooftop solar projects in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Proposal Preparation & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, conduct client presentations, and lead pricing and contract negotiations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners who can provide continuous project leads.
- Account Handling: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the Vector Energy technical team to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with the Design team to develop and submit technical proposals when required.
- Accreditation & Documentation: Prepare all necessary documentary requirements for client accreditation and bidding purposes.
- Bidding & Project Support: Handle bid bonds, post-award requirements, and related documentation.
- Billing & Collection: Manage account receivables, from down payments to progress billings and final collections for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales (preferably in solar energy, construction, or electrical industries).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel for client visits and site assessments.
