Responsibilities
- Sales activities
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Generating leads from identified channels
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability
- Post-sale follow-up
- Relation & follow-up job with patients on the processing list and the waiting list
- Maintaining client records using a CRM system.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. A Bachelor's/College Degree in these fields or equivalent is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Trainable, determined, and disciplined with strong time management skills.
- Team player with a structured work ethic and punctuality.
- Good in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
