Responsibilities

  • Sales activities
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Generating leads from identified channels
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability
  • Post-sale follow-up
  • Relation & follow-up job with patients on the processing list and the waiting list
  • Maintaining client records using a CRM system.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. A Bachelor's/College Degree in these fields or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Trainable, determined, and disciplined with strong time management skills.
  • Team player with a structured work ethic and punctuality.
  • Good in English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Sales: 3 years (Required)
