We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Client Services Manager to lead and grow client relationships in a dynamic B2B environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, sales, and customer success who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client retention and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in client services, account management, or sales in a B2B setting.
  • Proven success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
