Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading, family-owned manufacturer of plastic and styrofoam packaging solutions and dinnerware in their search for a Logistics Supervisor based in Quezon City.

Salary Range : OPEN

Work Setup : Onsite

Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Quezon City

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries;

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution;

  • Liaise with production, sales and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs;

  • Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings;

  • Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance;

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
  • Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets
  • Experience managing teams of 10-20 logistics and warehouse staff across multiple shifts
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
