About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Quezon City Metro Manila. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of inventory, logistic process, managing a team of warehouse associates, and optimizing processes to drive productivity and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and directing the work of a team of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  2. Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, maintaining accurate records and optimizing warehouse layout
  3. Implementing and enforcing warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
  4. Analyzing warehouse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
  5. Collaborating with the logistic team to develop and execute strategic plans for warehouse operations
  6. Providing regular reports on warehouse activities, key performance indicators, and recommendations for improvement
  7. Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse associates

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  3. Proficient in inventory management systems and data analysis to optimize warehouse operations
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  5. Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures
  6. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
