DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise daily logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation of pharmaceutical products.

· Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and other regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production to maintain optimal stock levels.

· Oversee proper handling, storage, and dispatch of medicines in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

· Implement and maintain logistics policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure product integrity and safety.

· Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, couriers, and transport partners for timely and secure deliveries.

· Prepare logistics reports such as inventory movement, delivery performance, and cost analysis.

· Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

· Handle incident reports, discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

· Support internal and external audits related to logistics and distribution operations.

QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

· At least 3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

· Knowledge of FDA, DOH, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations for pharmaceuticals.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and logistics software/ERP systems.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Willing to work flexible hours and adapt to fast-paced operations.
