Job Description: Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor in the retail cosmetics industry supports logistics operations to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely distribution of cosmetic products to retail outlets, online customers, and distribution centers. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting promotional launches, and ensuring that supply chain processes align with the fast-paced nature of the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery across retail
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely product availability and stock replenishment.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns by ensuring timely distribution to stores and online channels.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare reports on delivery performance, cost efficiency, and order accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements related to cosmetics (e.g., packaging, labeling, storage conditions).
  • Assist in managing returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align logistics with promotional timelines and retail events.
  • Supervise warehouse staff or logistics coordinators as needed, and support training initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • More than 1 year experience with logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in retail or cosmetics
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation management.
  • Proficiency in logistics or ERP software
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with seasonal and promotional demand fluctuations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic product handling, shelf-life, and packaging standards is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the retail sector.
  • Familiarity with logistics and omnichannel fulfillment strategies.
  • Preferably Female
  • Salary Budget: Starting PHP 23,000- 25,000 

    Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (9AM-6PM) Saturday (10AM-2PM)
