Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supervising daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with vendors, clients, and team members to improve business operations and achieve cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods meet customers' expectations.
  • Working with management to identify, implement, and monitor the efficiency of logistics processes.
  • Providing regular operational reports and updates to Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any management-related course (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
