Role Descriptions

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate distribution of products from the warehouse to branches. This role oversees delivery scheduling, transportation management, communication with internal stakeholders, stock and order support, and compliance with safety standards. The position requires strong coordination skills to optimize resources, maintain accurate records, and uphold service levels for branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Scheduling and Coordination

  • Plan and prepare delivery schedules based on order priority, location, and stock availability.
  • Assign and supervise drivers and helpers, ensuring adherence to delivery routes and schedules.
  • Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays or issues promptly.

Transportation Management

  • Allocate company vehicles efficiently for delivery runs.
  • Optimize transportation resources to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain delivery records, logs, and route sheets for monitoring and tracking.

Communication and Coordination

  • Liaise with Warehouse and Inventory Supervisors to confirm stock availability.
  • Coordinate with branch and area supervisors to confirm delivery requirements and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related inquiries and concerns.

Stock and Order Management Support

  • Verify delivery orders against available inventory to prevent shortages.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Monitor proper product handling to ensure goods arrive in good condition.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure drivers and helpers comply with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
  • Oversee safe loading, unloading, and handling of goods.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with the transport team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,203.00 per month
