Job Overview:

We are looking for a Telemarketer to help promote Cliff House Nasugbu by reaching out to companies, organizations, and potential clients. The main goal is to introduce the property, encourage group bookings, and generate leads for our reservation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact companies, offices, and organizations to promote Cliff House Nasugbu.
  • Introduce available packages, rates, and special promotions.
  • Encourage corporate outings, team-building events, and private stays.
  • Maintain a list of contacted companies and follow up on potential leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and targets.
  • Meet weekly outreach or call goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or cold calling (hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking to company representatives or decision-makers.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of email and spreadsheet tools.
