Job description:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment.
  • Source, screened and conduct initial interview of applicants. Endorsed qualified applicants to Department Head for final interview.
  • Preparation of Job Offer
  • Conduct on-boarding orientation of newly hired employees and update records of new staff
  • Conduct background investigation of qualified applicants
  • Liaise with government offices such as SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
  • Maintain 201 files and other HR documents
  • In-charge of timekeeping preparation for submission to Payroll processor every cut-off (semi-monthly). Ensure correctness of reports.
  • Does admin related works.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology or any other 4-year related course
  • With at least 1 year of working experience as HR Assistant specifically in the area of recruitment and timekeeping.
  • Strong knowledge in timekeeping
  • Computer literate specifically MS Office
  • Above average communication skills, can do multi-task and can work with independently.
