Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance monitoring
  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and reports
  • Support administrative tasks such as office coordination, supplies management, and company compliance requirements
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and company culture initiatives
  • Coordinate with management and employees to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and Admin functions (preferably in FMCG or distribution industry)
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and government compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
