Job Description:

The E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for the complete lifecycle of e-commerce partnerships, from initial onboarding and agreement negotiation to ongoing relationship management and internal integration.

This role serves as the primary liaison, establishing and maintaining strong ties with external e-commerce platforms while ensuring internal alignment across departments like Finance, IT, Merchandising, and Operations to successfully launch and manage new sales channels. Key functions include ensuring platform compliance, negotiating terms and conditions, coordinating accurate online pricing, managing inventory and order fulfillment processes, and maintaining detailed records of all agreements and pricing across channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field is typically the minimum requirement.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in an E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or online retail role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Proven history of driving online sales growth and improving key E-commerce metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS).
  • Understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, fulfillment, and coordinating with logistics partners.
  • Experience with online product listing optimization, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
