We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience in ecommerce order fulfillment and marketplace operations. You will be in charge of ensuring that our warehouse processes run smoothly and that orders are processed efficiently across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving of incoming stocks, pull-outs, proper stocking of merchandise, and shipping of orders.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders across ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure all marketplace SLAs (cut-off, same-day/next-day shipping, etc.) are met.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and system updates.
  • Coordinate closely with Ecommerce and Customer Service teams.
  • Prepare warehouse for campaigns and promotional pushes (bundles, pre-packing, preparing of packaging materials, manpower, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities follow safety and operational standards.
  • Train, lead, and evaluate warehouse staff.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports (processed orders, returns, late fulfillment, fulfillment rates, etc).
  • Analyze data and implement operational strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce errors and shorten lead times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in ecommerce fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with order management on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, or Shopify.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with physical work and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with inventory systems and ecommerce seller tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
