OverviewWe’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions will reflect CTC Global’s core values. Your expertise covers the full spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.
Your role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. ONBOARDING
- Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
- Manage and work with pod team members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity for clients across Statlas.
- Responsible for the execution of the Prophet system for clients.
- Build Growth Forecasts for clients with: building a Growth map using the Prophet System; data analysis required for the map; marketing calendar alignment with clients.
- Daily execution and actualisation vs forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs.
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans for the future; be an early adopter when pivoting.
- Lead in obstacle-rich situations; pursue insatiable curiosity and multiple potential solutions.
- Implement CTC\’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure and best practices; maintain ideologies and processes across accounts.
- Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to maximize chances of hitting Daily Projected Targets; implement tests to beat best-performing campaigns.
ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK
- Maintain within a 5% Delta to the Forecast
- Daily alignment with client vs forecast and strategy
- Execute Prophet system to 100% within required timelines
- Deliver all work on schedule with optimal quality and attention to detail
Client Communication
- Champion communication; ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps; ensure team clarity with exact deadlines.
- Send daily performance updates to the client
- Maintain alignment across Strategy and Forecast with the client daily
- Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call
Contributing Back
- Share learnings back to the system for feedback and improvement
- Collaborate across teams with ideas and learning
- Contribute to ideas and learning in future company content production
Communication Skills
- Fluent in English with ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly to stakeholders

You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal.
- Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of training; precise execution of the Prophet system for top-quality client results
- Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system\’s Growth Map and Statlas
- Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards
- Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results and maintain market-leading outcomes
- Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; align daily on forecasts to exceed expectations
- Adhere to rigorous quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution

Management
- Your supervisor will be Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You\'ll report directly to Joy Sharma—a leader known for growth strategy and mentorship. Joy emphasizes hard work, learning, and growth; you will be supported to reach your potential as an Ecommerce Growth Manager.
Orientation
- This role will be client-facing.
What\’s In It For Me?
Salary Range
- First month: $2,000
- Second month: $4,000
- Third month (on average): $7,000 a month
- 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
