Overview Aircon Business Unit We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Supervisor / Assistant Sales Manager to lead our e-commerce sales team. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales specialists, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital sales strategies, and people management, with a proven ability to drive growth in an online business environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Performance Management — Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the e-commerce platform. Sales & Performance Management — Develop and implement strategies to drive sales conversions, upselling, and cross-selling. Sales & Performance Management — Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, retention, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Sales & Performance Management — Generate regular sales reports and present performance updates to management. Team Leadership — Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales specialists to achieve individual and team goals. Team Leadership — Set clear performance expectations and monitor daily activities. Team Leadership — Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and e-commerce tools. Team Leadership — Motivate the team to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service. Customer & Market Insights — Monitor customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to adjust sales strategies. Customer & Market Insights — Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Customer & Market Insights — Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience. Process & Systems Management — Ensure proper use of CRM, sales dashboards, and other digital tools to track leads and sales performance. Process & Systems Management — Develop and optimize sales workflows and SOPs for efficiency. Process & Systems Management — Collaborate with backend/admin teams to resolve escalations and improve processes. Skills & Qualifications Required Skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and sales dashboards. Ability to coach, motivate, and drive a sales team toward targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). At least 3–5 years of sales experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role (e-commerce or retail sales experience preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with online selling channels, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
