Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our AR team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable function. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliations while maintaining strong relationships with our eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounts receivable operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with eCommerce clients to maintain clear communication and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver AR reports and aging summaries for management review.
  • Partner with the eCommerce and operations teams to align financial workflows with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing and audit preparations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (e.g., Business Administration).
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Prior experience in the eCommerce industry, especially handling high-volume accounts.
  • Solid background in reconciliation, credit management, and collections.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP and QuickBooks Online (QBO), and familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time in Banawe, Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
