SUMMARY / PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY


•Support the development and execution of Media and Digital Marketing (including eCommerce) campaigns by working closely with supervisor, Brand Team, and external agencies.


•Assist in briefing agencies, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.


•Act as a coordinator and point of contact between internal stakeholders and media/digital agencies to ensure efficient campaign rollout and timely reporting.


•Monitor campaign performance across Media, Digital, and eCommerce platforms; compile reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.


•Help implement Media & Digital Execution plans for brand initiatives, corporate campaigns, and partner-led programs.


•Serve as representative for Media, Digital, and eCommerce activities, including events and activations; assist in cascading updates and learnings to the Marketing team.


•Ensure proper documentation and post-campaign evaluation of executions to support continuous improvement.


•Maintain close coordination with the IMC Head to ensure timely approvals, budget tracking, and adherence to corporate guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS


•Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related Business field.


•3–5 years of experience in a Media Agency, Marketing, or Digital Marketing/Performance role.


•Experience working on Branded Media and Digital Campaigns is an advantage.


•Knowledgeable in Media principles and trends, Digital Marketing innovations, and Performance Marketing.


•Strong project coordination and organizational skills.


•Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.


•Strong analytical and reporting skills for campaign performance tracking.


•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.


•Preferably with experience in ATL, Digital, and eCommerce campaign executions.
