Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations concerns and provide support for conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in organizing training, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Officer, or similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
