Join a growing Australian accountancy firm as a Virtual Assistant / Bookkeeper. This is a full-time, work-from-home role supporting admin and bookkeeping functions while delivering clear and professional service to Australian clients.
What You'll Be Doing: Answer inbound phone calls from clients Manage general admin tasks Handle data entry and update records (e.g., client or order details) Send bulk emails to client database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Communicate clearly with Australian clients
Must-Have Experience: Minimum 1 year VA or admin experience (preferably supporting an AU/NZ client) At least 1 year bookkeeping experience, ideally with XERO for an Australian client Friendly, professional phone manner Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and cloud-based tools Strong spoken and written English Comfortable communicating with Australian clients and technicians
Bonus / Nice to Have: Experience with Chimp Mail or other email marketing platforms Familiarity with social media tools Previous experience answering calls for a service business
