We are looking for a skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a premier technology provider for multi-family apartment-style condos in Calgary.

  • Permanent WFH setup
  • $8.00 USD per hour
  • 40 Hours per Week – Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or related role
  • Proven ability to manage social media content calendars and engagement strategies
  • Experience with SEO and website content management
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and ROI tracking
  • Experience with sponsorship development and community engagement activities
  • Knowledge of property management industry or B2B marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
  • Coordinate with associations, attend/plan virtual events, and track measurable goals
  • Support sponsorship initiatives by coordinating communication, collecting event materials, and ensuring brand visibility
  • Maintain and update company website, ensuring SEO efforts and accurate representation
  • Assist in property management reviews by scheduling meetings, tracking outcomes, and supporting account managers
  • Prepare marketing reports and track campaign ROI
  • Support the marketing department in administrative and strategic initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php73, Php80,000.00 per month
