We are seeking an IT Business Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to IT leadership.

This role combines executive administrative functions with IT budgeting, vendor coordination, and project tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and experienced in supporting cross-functional IT teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Permanent WFH setup
  • $8.00 USD per hour (or higher depending on experience)
  • 40 Hours per Week – Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Requirements:

  • Strong background in marketing coordination or virtual assistance in a marketing role
  • Experience with SEO and website content management
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and ROI tracking
  • Experience with sponsorship development and community engagement activities
  • Ability to research, plan, and coordinate events or activities
  • Experience with social media management (content creation, scheduling, tracking)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
  • Coordinate with associations, attend/plan virtual events, and track measurable goals
  • Support sponsorship initiatives by coordinating communication, collecting event materials, and ensuring brand visibility
  • Maintain and update company website, ensuring SEO efforts and accurate representation
  • Assist in property management reviews by scheduling meetings, tracking outcomes, and supporting account managers
  • Prepare marketing reports and track campaign ROI
  • Support the marketing department in administrative and strategic initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
