Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on core business priorities. Acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, the Executive Assistant manages schedules, communications, travel arrangements, and documentation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective decision-making. This role requires discretion, organization, and proactive problem-solving to support both professional and occasionally personal tasks for executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Coordinate and organize domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents accurately and professionally
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support ad-hoc administrative, strategic, and personal tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
