Executive Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing the calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Performs internal and external research work. She must be responsible in providing support and assistance in planning, directing and controlling of business operations.
- Submits reports on the result of all duties that are assigned by the CEO on a daily or weekly basis.
- Assists in preparation of sales reports, presentations, documentation and spreadsheets.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make appropriate decisions in stressful situations
- With strong organizational skills that reflects the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
