JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling
Provides advice and assistance to supervisors and staff. This may include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the Company.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and management on human resource and work related issues.
Responsible for effectively recording, maintaining and reporting of human resource information.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional work relationship with applicants and business profession connected to hiring purpose.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related courses
Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same field
Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint)
Must possess a supervisory skills, team building skills, problem-solving skills, basic counselling skills, and negotiation skills
