SUMMARY:

The HR Supervisor - Transactional oversees HR processes related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Labor Relations. This role ensures the efficient administration of employee records, payroll, and compliance with HR policies while leading a team to deliver accurate and timely HR services. The HR Supervisor is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

  • Organizational Development or a related field; a master's degree is a plus; and
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years focus on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical skills for assessing compensation trends and employee satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.
