QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any of the following Bachelor's degrees: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Human Resource and Development Management, or other related degrees
- A master's degree or certification in HR Management is an advantage
- Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience
- With 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly in MS Word, PowerPoint presentations, Photoshop, and other creative tools
- Must have excellent command of English and Filipino languages; Proficiency in other dialects is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Recruitment Supervisor oversees the recruitment process within the company. He/She shall be responsible for managing the recruitment team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with hiring policies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill manpower needs.

Base Pay: Php33, Php40,000.00 per month
