JOB OVERVIEW
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless execution across recruitment, client management, legal, welfare, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
· Oversee the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations, ensuring processes run optimally and issues are resolved promptly.
· Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, industry partners, and competitors through networking and active engagement.
2. Strategic Planning, Analysis & Problem-Solving
· Utilize strong analytical skills to assess operational challenges, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
· Develop and execute strategies that improve workflows, reporting systems, and overall business performance.
· Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement preventive measures.
· Provide informed recommendations to management to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
3. Team Leadership & Development
· Create a positive and motivating work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
· Lead by example with strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Employee Welfare
· Oversee the implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
· Serve as a point of contact for welfare concerns, managing cases with confidentiality, fairness, and efficiency.
Qualifications & Competencies
· Strong background in operations, client relations, recruitment, and compliance.
· With proven track record in a manpower agency/industry.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
· Knowledge of business processes, compliance regulations, and financial management principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
