Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate the sales team of our client, Liang Jian Glass. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies, and ensure targets are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in both traditional sales and modern platforms like TikTok, driving growth and building customer trust.


Job Description
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and prepare regular reports.
  • Oversee both face-to-face sales and TikTok/live sales presentations.
  • Strengthen client relationships and expand market reach.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales leadership experience.
  • Strong background in face-to-face selling; exposure to digital selling/TikTok live is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, innovative, and able to work onsite in Cavite.
