JB Elite Corporation is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organisation by leveraging your technical expertise and strong sales capabilities. This full-time position is based in Carmona Cavite, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to prospective and existing customers
  3. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand product features and capabilities
  4. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
  5. Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  6. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline management
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related technical field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex technical information
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  6. Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Experience in in LASER, Automation, and Test products is a plus.
