About the Role

Are you a people person who loves selling face-to-face and can showcase products through TikTok? We're looking for a Sales Associate who can connect with customers, present products confidently, and help drive sales growth for our client Liang Jian Glass.


Job Description
  • Engage with walk-in and prospective customers, creating a positive buying experience.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demos.
  • Use TikTok (live/short-form content) as a sales & marketing tool to reach more customers.
  • Build strong client relationships and achieve individual & team sales targets.
  • Report sales progress, trends, and customer feedback to the sales team lead/manager.

Qualifications
  • Senior High School Graduate or higher.
  • With at least 6 months of sales experience (face-to-face selling required).
  • Confident in doing sales presentations, both in-person and through TikTok.
  • Good communication & persuasion skills.
  • Goal-driven, energetic, and willing to work onsite at Sterling Technopark, Carmona/Silang Cavite.
