Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and account management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
