As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by leveraging your technical expertise and strong sales capabilities. This full-time position is based in Carmona Cavite, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
  • Provide technical guidance and support to prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand product features and capabilities
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex technical information
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in in LASER, Automation, and Test products is a plus.
