
Senior Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of the existing and potential clients in the market.
- Prepare the annual sales budget and report sales performance.
- Develop a strategic business plan including the execution and implementation activities to ensure the achievement of the sales budget.
- Set up objectives for the key accounts, develop and maintain a Critical Action Plan so that the appropriate resources are allocated by Takasago Singapore to adequately support the sales efforts.
- Implement appropriate pricing strategies so that Gross Profit targets are achieved.
- Work closely with the related departments in Takasago Singapore and distributor to facilitate the proper and prompt handling of projects, order processing and deliveries to customers.
- Manage the activities in coordination with relevant departments such that the appropriate support is provided and complements the sales strategies and efforts.
- Submit monthly Sales Reports providing updates on the status of the sales performance as well as the progress of projects with the key accounts.
- Identify new customers that can be developed as Key Accounts.
- Provide regular updates on the latest Fragrance trends, concepts and applications
- Collect market and customer information to enable the proper formulation of strategies and tactics to expand Takasago's business.
Qualifications:
- Has at least min 5 years of sales experience in Fragrance or FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related
- Excellent in engagement customer relationship
- Good communication skills
- Proactive
- Can-do attitude
- Teamwork
- Persistent, consistent and agile
