About the role:

We are seeking an Assistant Admin Coordinator to join our team at Stile Italia Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our administrative and sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the administrative and sales functions

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
