JOB HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF – PURCHASING
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Staff with a focus on Purchasing to join our team. The role involves handling procurement, supplier coordination, and providing administrative support to HR to ensure smooth operations in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
- Prepare purchase orders, request quotations, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies required for daily operations.
- Maintain supplier database and develop good business relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate with Accounting for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Support HR and Admin in clerical and documentation tasks such as filing, data encoding, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing transactions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology or related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in purchasing or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge in procurement process and basic accounting is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Salary: ₱19,500
- Service Charge (ranges from ₱10,000 to ₱15,000 per month)
- Food Allowance
