  • Logistics and supply chain:
  • Assist in the delivery of procured items and manage inventory records.

  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and bills.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Logistics is often required.
  • Experience in office administration and customer service is frequently needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of integrity and reliability.
  • Proficiency in office software and record-keeping.
