- Administrative tasks:
- Handle general office duties like answering phones, drafting emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them as needed.
- Assist with managing attendance, leave requests, and generating related reports.
- Logistics and supply chain:
- Assist in the delivery of procured items and manage inventory records.
- Support the planning and coordination of transportation, including vehicle maintenance and logbooks.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and bills.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Required skills and qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Logistics is often required.
- Experience in office administration and customer service is frequently needed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of integrity and reliability.
- Proficiency in office software and record-keeping.
