Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Admin team.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and files.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, billing, scanning, photocopying, notarizing, and data entry.
- Handle the processing of new and renewal of permits.
- Prepare and process basic internal documents and reports.
- Help schedule interviews, meetings, or trainings.
- Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Support other Admin tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business, or related field
- With 1 year of Admin experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willing to be assigned at Del Monte Ave., Quezon City.
